Facility Operations Manual (Remote) - $750 per manual
A consolidated, professionally formatted manual that integrates your asset list, PM Plan, emergency contacts, and all supporting documentation into a single reference document. Asset‑specific SOPs are billed separately.
Add‑On: Standardized Checklist or Log - $75 per checklist Agencies may use or modify their existing forms or CMMS‑based checklists to record task completions. A CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) provides a standardized digital checklist or log for daily maintenance work, but it is not a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and does not replace the need for formal documentation. If a standalone, professionally formatted checklist or log is needed, we can develop one as an additional deliverable for $75 per checklist.
Vendor Comparison Matrix - $200 per matrix
Comparison of 3-5 vendors based on cost, scope, responsiveness, and compliance.
Each $200 matrix covers one procurement decision evaluated across multiple vendors (e.g., one HVAC unit, pump, plumbing fixture, electrical component, or equipment replacement). Separate item categories requiring independent decisions are billed as additional matrices.
Scope of Work (SOW) Drafting - $250 per SOW
Procurement‑ready SOW for light MEP projects.
Remote Oversight & Documentation Review - $75 per hour
Review of contractor reports, photos, invoices, and PM logs, with written findings and recommendations.
Monthly Oversight Package - $450 per month
Up to 6 hours of review plus a monthly summary report.
