Facility asset inventories focus on building systems and equipment that affect safety, operations, compliance, or long‑term maintenance planning. This includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life‑safety, and site infrastructure components. Items such as furniture, fixtures, office equipment, décor, and general furnishings are not considered OSHA‑regulated assets and are excluded.
We develop a complete, organized inventory of maintainable building systems using client‑provided photos, invoices, or walkthrough videos and interviews. Assets typically include HVAC equipment, electrical distribution panels, plumbing systems, pumps, life‑safety components, and other mechanical or infrastructure items that affect safety, operations, or compliance. Most small municipal and public‑works facilities contain 40–150 maintainable assets, depending on size and complexity. Includes standardized naming conventions, categories, and metadata fields.
